Service Scope
- PR and Visas provides guidance, consultation, and support related to visa and immigration processes for various countries. The final decision for visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective immigration authorities.
- While we strive for a high success rate, we do not guarantee visa approval or outcomes as these are determined by external factors, including government regulations and the client’s personal circumstances.
Client Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the visa application process. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in delays, rejections, or legal consequences.
- Document Submission: Clients must submit all required documents within the timeline specified by PR and Visas. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of services.
- Adherence to Deadlines: Clients must adhere to all deadlines related to their visa or immigration process, including submission of documents and attending interviews or appointments.
Payment and Fees
- Consultation Fees: PR and Visas charges a non-refundable consultation fee for all initial consultations. This fee covers the cost of assessing the client’s eligibility and providing general advice on visa options.
- Service Fees: The total service fees, including any government fees, will be communicated to the client before the commencement of services. These fees may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the country of destination.
- Payment Terms: Clients are required to make full or partial payment upfront as specified in the agreement. Failure to pay the fees on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Refund Policy: All fees paid to PR and Visas are non-refundable. Once services have been rendered or documents have been submitted, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
Limitation of Liability
- Visa Approval: PR and Visas cannot guarantee the success of any visa application, as this is the sole prerogative of the respective immigration authority. Our role is to provide guidance and support based on our expertise.
- Client’s Risk: Any advice, documentation preparation, or consultation provided by PR and Visas is done in good faith based on the information provided by the client. Clients accept full responsibility for any consequences resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided to us.
Confidentiality and Privacy
- Client Information: We take the privacy of our clients seriously. All personal information provided by the client will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required for the immigration process or by law.
- Data Security: PR and Visas implements appropriate security measures to protect client data. However, we are not liable for unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., hacking, cyber-attacks).
Termination of Services
- Termination by the Client: Clients may terminate their contract with PR and Visas at any time by providing written notice. However, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered or in progress.
- Termination by PR and Visas: We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if the client provides false information, fails to make timely payments, or violates any terms of this agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- PR and Visas provides services “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific requirements.
- While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on our website or during consultations.
Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, India.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property on the PR and Visas website are owned by or licensed to PR and Visas. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited without prior written consent.
Changes to Terms and Conditions

Force Majeure
