  1. Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid to PR and Visas for services rendered are non-refundable. This includes consultation fees, service fees, and any other charges associated with the visa application process.
  2. No Refund for Services Rendered: Once services have been initiated or documents have been submitted on your behalf, we do not issue refunds. This applies to both completed and in-progress services.

Refund Requests

Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  1. Duplicate Payments: If you have made a duplicate payment for the same service, we will refund the additional amount paid. Proof of the duplicate payment must be provided.
  2. Error in Payment Processing: If there was an error in processing your payment or if an incorrect amount was charged, please contact us to rectify the situation.

Refund Procedures

To request a refund under the exceptional circumstances mentioned above:

Service Cancellation

  1. Cancellation by the Client: If you decide to cancel our services after they have been initiated, no refunds will be issued for any fees paid.
  2. Cancellation by PR and Visas: In the unlikely event that PR and Visas needs to cancel the services, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid for services that have not yet been rendered.

Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, legal remedies may be pursued as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Refund Eligibility and Process

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    1. Refunds will only be considered under specific situations as determined by PR and Visas and outlined in the service agreement with the client.
    2. Refund requests must be submitted through an official claim form along with all necessary documentation supporting the claim.
  2. Documentation Requirements
    1. The client must provide all required documentation to support the refund request.
    2. All documents must be submitted within the specified timeline provided by PR and Visas for the claim to be processed.
  3. Authorization and Agreement:
    1. Once the claim form and documentation are received, PR and Visas will review the claim.
    2. If the claim is found to be valid, it will be authorized by PR and Visas, and the refund amount will be agreed upon between the company and the client.
    3. The client will be required to sign an official agreement stating that they accept the refund amount and all terms and conditions associated with the refund.
  4. Acceptance and Full & Final Settlement
    1. Upon signing the official agreement, the client agrees that the refund amount is accepted as full and final settlement.
    2. The client acknowledges and agrees that they will not dispute the refund or make any further claims for additional amounts in the future.

Refund Timeline

Once the refund claim has been authorized and agreed upon, the amount will be refunded within 60 days from the date the completed claim form (along with all required documentation) is submitted and approved by PR and Visas.

Important Notes:

  1. The refund process is subject to approval based on the terms outlined in the initial service agreement.
  2. PR and Visas reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Refunds will only be processed once all terms and conditions have been fully satisfied, including the client’s acceptance of the refund as final.
